The final Old Main Bell ringer of the football season was none other than Vice President for Student Affairs Dr. Blanche Hughes (M.E.D., ’84; Ph.D., ’95), who helped CSU celebrate Senior Day on November 18. The day was made even more special when the Rams solidly defeated Nevada.
Ashley Stiles (B.S., ’07) brought a diverse range of real estate experience to Northern Colorado when she opened Tribe Development in 2019. Her community-based approach is yielding exciting new ways to involve local residents in the design and function of neighborhood projects.

Imposter Syndrome is the psychological phenomenon in which you feel like you don’t deserve your accomplishments. You might feel like you don’t belong, don’t deserve your success, or are “out of place."
Wage discrimination has been illegal since the Equal Pay Act passed in 1963, but it still continues. Before the pandemic, it was estimated that, if we kept going at the rate we were going, the wage gap would close in 2059.
