STAT OF THE GAME
Ashley Ruiz hit her 10th home run of the season in the top of the seventh to give the Rams the lead

IN THEIR WORDS
Head Coach Jen Fisher on clinching the Mountain West Championship…
"It's a great feeling and it is so surreal right now because of how it happened so late in the game. It's a great feeling – that come-from-behind feeling I've only had a few times in my coaching career. It's irreplaceable. I'm so happy for our kids, our coaches and our whole staff; everyone worked so hard. I'm just happy for everyone."

Fisher on Ashley Ruiz home run…
"The whole game we were on our players to be more selective. Ashley did that. Boise State pitched around her yesterday in game one and today they left one in the zone and she crushed it. Everyone knew it was out right away. I'm so happy for her, she is such a great kid and a great pickup for us as a transfer. She's been on fire lately – so it is fun to see her get that home run."

Fisher on Jessica Jarecki
"Jessica pitched an incredible game. She pitched so well and kept Boise State off balance. They have a really good offense and I'd say she had one of her best games of the season."
