Once a Ram, always a Ram.

About us

The Colorado State University Alumni Association keeps Rams connected to the University and one another. We serve our more than 250,000 living alumni through hundreds of virtual, local and nationwide events each year; communications that tell the story of alumni impact; and a membership program that builds community and gives people the chance to be part of something bigger. As the keeper of traditions at Colorado State, the Alumni Association is home to our animal ambassador, CAM the Ram, Homecoming and Family Weekend, Paint the A, and the Old Main Bell. Located on the northeast corner of Canvas Stadium, the Iris & Michael Smith Alumni Center pays tribute to all that makes us proud to be Colorado State University Rams. It is a place for alumni, students, family, and friends, and we can’t wait to welcome you in.

  • It was 2:30 in the morning when the announcer finally called on Angela Fuller (B.S., ’03) to run the American Ninja Warrior obstacle course. Despite the late hour and frigid 38-degree temperature, Fuller couldn’t have been happier. Not only because she was set to fulfill a dream of running the course after four years of trying to get on the show, but because only 12 years earlier she had been on disability in chronic pain and struggling to even walk. Fuller’s time at CSU were “the best years” of her life, and things were all looking up when she accepted a job right out of college doing sales, marketing, and recruiting. It all came to a screeching halt the day she got into the accident. In the hospital, Fuller was faced with compression fractures, pinched nerves, spinal degeneration, and herniated and bulging discs, not to mention nerve damage that made it unbearable to walk. • We are excited to introduce this week's #SeniorSaturday feature, Ben Torres-Doxey, an upcoming Colorado State University graduate, majoring in Political Science with a minor in History. 🎓🐏 During his time at CSU, Ben was heavily involved with the Asian Pacific American Cultural Center and the Associated Students of Colorado State University! 😎 When asked what his plans were for after graduation, Ben expressed his intention to enter the workforce, hopefully with a nonprofit organization, and a goal to remain in the Northern Colorado area. 💼 Ben said his favorite memory during his time at CSU is the first week he was on campus, and getting to walk into APACC for the first time as a first-year-student receiving his welcome bag. 🫶 "It was definitely the start of an adventure that has been amazing. I’ve been really fortunate to meet the people I have, and the longtime friendships that I would not have without APACC," Ben said. Ben is enthusiastic about becoming a CSU alum so that he can share what an amazing experience he had in the CSU community with others, and build community with fellow Ram grads. 🎉 Join us in congratulating Ben on his RAMazing future as a #CSUAlum 🥳🐏

  • Imagine jotting down your New Year’s resolutions as you revel in the final moments of sitting by your Christmas tree, and you aim to check the boxes with ease; although, you still hope to enrich your life in a way that brings a sense of accomplishment when you mark each one as complete. 💚 Marissa Rogers (B.A., ’14) imagined it – so much so, that she scribbled down, “apply as a contestant for Wheel of Fortune.” Little did she know, she would soon fulfill this promise to herself. 🤩 Marissa enthusiastically submitted her 40-second video clip to Wheel of Fortune. She had hardly been able to check off the box on her list of resolutions when she received a call the following day from a California area code. 😎 Read more about Marissa and her journey to the Wheel of Fortune by clicking the link below! ⬇️ https://col.st/LRCnl Photo Credit: Carol Kaelson/Wheel of Fortune®/© 2024 Califon Productions, Inc. • Reham Abdunabi (B.A., ’24) is about as “CSU” as you can get. 💚💛 Since she was five, she’s called Fort Collins home, and her earliest childhood memories are of having on-campus lunches with her parents – Ilham Hbaci (M.S., ’10) and Ramadan Abdunabi, (M.C.S., ’10; Ph.D., ’13) – as they were pursuing their degrees in computer information systems and computer science, respectively (her father is also a recipient of this year’s Best Teacher Awards). 🏆 But there’s more to Abdunabi than her parent’s legacy. In between majoring in political science and minoring in international development and legal studies in the College of Liberal Arts, Abdunabi has worked tirelessly to foster community, build relationships, and make herself and her University better. That’s why Abdunabi has been named the 2024 recipient of the Albert C. Yates Student Leadership Award. 🐏🤩 To read more about Reham Abdunabi and her story, click the link below! ⬇️ https://col.st/GfNcW
