Kaitlin Moss (B.S., ’12) founded two successful businesses before the age of 30: The Every Hostess, a style-focused online company; and Wipeys, which produces all-natural hand and surface wipes. With a natural entrepreneurial spirit, Moss credits CSU’s design and merchandising program for giving her the tools to succeed.

Keeping over 250,000 living CSU alumni connected is no small feat. Members of the Alumni Association are the backbone of this effort, making it possible for the Alumni Association team to meet Rams where they are. As our staff and volunteers reflect back on the successes of 2022, we are overwhelmed by the continued support and participation of alumni who truly show us what Ram Pride is all about.
The MURALS program at CSU inspired Ona Kola-Kehinde’s (B.S., ’17) interest in research and gave him meaningful connections that changed his life. Now, as an M.D. candidate and medical researcher at Ohio State University, he has started his own MURALS program at OSU and is working to help students find opportunity and success.
In 2014, Diana Hall (M.B.A., ’07) founded ActivArmor, a company that makes hygienic, custom-fitted casts and splints from recyclable ABS plastic, after seeing the problems associated with traditional materials. Her innovative products are now being worn by NFL football players and Olympic athletes in the United States and around the world.
Kwon Atlas (B.A., ’16) has a simple philosophy - bring as maybe people together as possible to create equity, lead change, and build the community up - and from his days on the CSU campus to his current ventures, he has used this philosophy as a guide for walking the path and doing the work.

Pets are beloved the world over, and as the people of Ukraine continue to be displaced or flee the Russian invasion, their pets go with them. Jon Geller (D.V.M., '95), who founded the Street Dog Coalition, which cares for the pets of the homeless in America, has been part of an international effort to keep pets and their owners united and is now attempting to rescue pets inside the war-ravaged country.
On February 1, Amy Parsons will begin her tenure as the 16th President of Colorado State University. But as only the third CSU alumni to take on the role of President, Parsons arrival feels more like homecoming than an inauguration.
As a veteran, volunteer, and social worker, philanthropy has always been a part of Lisa Smith's (B.S.W., ’13) life. But now as an Arvada City Council member, she's bringing new meaning to public service and doing good for her local and global community.
